Deposits & Cancellations
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a microblading service. The remaining balance is due at the first session.
We require 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel consultations and 48 hours notice to reschedule/cancel microblading appointments. Failure to provide enough notice will result in a forfeiture of the placed deposit and a new deposit is required to move forward.
Consults & Appointments
Prior to your consult, please read our Process, Policies and Frequently Asked Questions pages for an initial overview. The consultation will take approximately 15 minutes.
Before your first microblading appointment, you will need to read and sign our Intake Forms and bring them completed to your appointment. Failure to bring your completed paperwork can result in the rescheduling of your appointment. The first microblading appointment will last 2 hours, the second or touch-up appointment will last only 1 hour.
Guests & Parking
BROWMA is a private studio — we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment to keep a calm, focused environment for our brow artist. For safety and insurance purposes, this policy also includes children and babies.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for parking. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in your appointment being rescheduled. We offer parking in the ground-level lot below our studio.
